Resumen
Consideramos victimarios-víctimas a aquellas personas que primero vulneraron los derechos humanos fundamentales de otros individuos mediante el empleo de la violencia ilegítima y luego sufrieron ellos mismos una violencia ilegítima con el resultado de su fallecimiento. Se trata de una figura complicada y polémica, más en el contexto de la historia reciente del terrorismo en España. El objetivo de este artículo es distinguir y examinar las distintas tipologías de victimarios-víctimas a través de ejemplos ilustrativos de cada una de ellas. Tras el análisis de tales casos, intentaremos responder a dos cuestiones esenciales. Por un lado, ¿cómo encajar al victimario-víctima en un relato histórico del terrorismo elaborado de forma rigurosa? Por otro, ¿qué política de la memoria seguir con esta figura?

Abstract
We consider perpetrator-victims to be those persons who first violated the fundamental human rights of other individuals through the use of illegitimate violence and then suffered illegitimate violence themselves, resulting in their death. This is a complicated and controversial figure, more so in the context of the recent history of terrorism in Spain. The aim of this article is to distinguish and examine the different typologies of victim-victims through illustrative examples of each of them. After analyzing such cases, we will try to answer two essential questions. On the one hand, how to fit the victim-victimizer into a rigorously elaborated historical account of terrorism? On the other hand, what memory policy should be followed with this figure?
